In order to prevent unauthorized use of software and database by others, apply for Declaration Based Obligatory or Voluntary Registration. In these registration services carried out by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, all the codes of the prepared database and software are registered.
Software and Database may be protected within the scope of the Law No. 5856 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. Registration processed carried out by the Ministry of Culture are performed in line with the provisions of the Regulation on the Registration of Intellectual and Artistic Works.
