Investment Incentive Certificate is a document given to encourage investments and investors by the state in order to direct the capital stock to investment, to increase the use of new technologies, to generate high added value in production, to remove the differences between the development levels of the regions, to create new employment areas and to ensure competitive power in the global scale. This certificate provides chances to prevent cash outflow of the investors as a result of the investment made or to enable cash outflow to bring more social benefits and to ensure fair competition.
Investment Incentive Certificate is issued by the General Directorate of Incentive Practices and Foreign Capital, the Turkish Ministry of Economy within the framework of GENERAL COMMUNIQUÉ ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STATE INCENTIVES FOR INVESTMENTS with the decision of Council of Ministers.
